8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup cream soda
1 1/2 Tbs orange zest
3 oz orange gelatin mix
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
whipped cream, for serving
orange slices, for serving
Directions
  1. Using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, beat the cream cheese until very smooth. Add heavy cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, cream soda and orange zest. Beat until thickened, about 3 minutes.
  2.  Stir in the orange gelatin mix. Add the pie filling to the crust. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until firm. Pipe the whipped cream around the edges, and top with orange slices
